Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking an organized expense specialist to oversee the end-to-end employee expense process, manage corporate card programs, and serve as the Concur administrator. You will deliver training and implement expense strategies across regions.

Qualifications

What You'll need to succeed

• One year experience using Concur / SAP experience is a valuable asset.
• Concur administration skills, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Proven experience in expense management and manual posting processes.
• Strong ability to partner with business units to ensure governance and drive adoption of policies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with international vendor management, stakeholders, and employees.
• Experience in implementing process changes across a global organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially when handling sensitive information.
