Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking an Account Payable Assistant to support our international operations. Fresh graduates are welcome and candidates with 1–2 years of related experience and strong English communication will have an advantage.

You will process invoices, verify vendor details, and maintain accurate records using MS Office. This role requires ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy finance team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receiving invoices and posting into the system.
• Process vendor invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the invoice matches and validating the details.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies between invoices and supporting documentation.
• Keeping accurate records of all invoices and related documentation.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving mismatches.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met.
