Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional to support logistics operations. You will enter data per SOP, respond to information requests, and record information into CargoWise 1, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and collaboration with customer-facing teams, helping move goods across road, air, sea and rail networks.

Qualifications

• Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Respond to information requests and access relevant files.
• Record information into CargoWise 1 for processing.
• Check completed work for accuracy and completeness.
• Proactively communicate with customers via email and maintain confidentiality.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
