Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Expense & Concur Administrator to oversee the end-to-end employee expense process and manage corporate card programs. The role includes delivering training on expense management policies and implementing strategies across multiple regions.

The candidate should have analytical skills, at least one year of Concur experience (SAP a plus), and strong collaboration abilities with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with the ability to conceptualize problems and generate innovative solutions.
• One year experience using Concur or SAP experience is a valuable asset.
• Concur administration skills, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Proven experience in expense management and manual posting processes.
• Strong ability to partner with business units to ensure governance and drive adoption of policies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with international vendor management, stakeholders, and employees.
• Experience in implementing process changes across a global organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially when handling sensitive information.
• Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
