Job summary

Toll Group in Penang, Malaysia seeks an experienced Expense Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end employee expense processes and Concur administration. You will manage corporate card programs and train staff on expense policies across regions.

You will partner with finance operations, employees and external providers, driving process improvements while ensuring policy compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role with global exposure and ongoing professional training.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to conceptualize problems and provide solutions.
• Minimum 1 year experience using Concur; SAP experience is a plus.
• Concur administration including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience in expense management and manual posting processes.
• Strong ability to partner with business units to ensure governance and policy adoption.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with vendors, stakeholders and employees.
• Experience implementing process changes across a global organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle sensitive information.
• Strong multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
