Job summary

Toll Group is looking for an Accounts Payable assistant to support our international operations from Penang, Malaysia. You will handle invoice receipt, data entry, and vendor communications to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of related experience and strong English communication are an advantage. Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines are essential.

• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any mismatch issues.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
