Toll is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst - Corporate (Group Functions) to join our Finance team and support month-end reporting, budgeting, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory compliance, and business partnering across corporate functional areas.

Responsibilities include preparing timely reports, forecasting, coordinating wage declarations and regulatory reporting, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Financial Accounting, Management Reporting, or General Ledger functions.
  • Strong knowledge of month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with accounting standards, audit processes, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SAP or other ERP system experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely month-end reports, variance analysis, and Business Performance Reports.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting for assigned corporate functions, including analysis of budget movements and financial trends.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate, resolve, and communicate reconciliation variances promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial reporting standards.
  • Coordinate wage declarations, workers' compensation reporting, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Assist with taxation calculations, including Tax Returns and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) reporting.
  • Support acquisition and divestment accounting activities, internal and external audits, and statutory compliance.
  • Partner with cost centre owners and business leaders to provide financial insights, improve cost performance, and drive continuous process improvements.
