Job summary

Lazada is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to oversee the company’s affiliate program and drive growth in the Malaysian market.

The role emphasizes managing relationships with partners, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI through data-driven strategies and effective collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in affiliate marketing with proven e‑commerce campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills for partner relations.
• Familiarity with affiliate tools, dashboards, and data analytics in Excel.

Job description

1. 1. Manage and oversee the company’s affiliate marketing channels, ensuring growth, compliance, and scalability.
2. 2. Monitor daily affiliate performance, ROI, and traffic to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
3. 3. Optimize the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns by analyzing and refining strategies.
4. 4. Drive affiliate growth by onboarding new affiliates and strengthening partnerships with existing affiliates.

1. 1. Build strong relationships with affiliate partners by maintaining consistent communication through email, chat, and calls & monthly meeting cadence.
2. 2. Develop initiatives such as incentive/bonus programs, exclusive offers, and bonuses to increase affiliate motivation and performance.
3. 3. Provide affiliates with marketing resources, tools, and support to help them improve performance.

1. 1. Identify, qualify, and onboard new high-value affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.
2. 2. Develop business relationships with agencies, content creators, and other affiliate networks to expand the program's reach.
3. 3. Negotiate affiliate programs, commission structures, and partnership terms to ensure mutual benefit.

Job Requirements:

1. 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2. Above 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns in the e-commerce industry.
3. 3. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to strategically analyze campaign data to inform decision-making with critical thinking
4. 4. Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key partners.
5. 5. Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms, tracking dashboards & data analytics excel skills
6. 6. Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
