Job summary

Strattonshire Ventures seeks an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and scale our global affiliate programme. You will recruit, engage, and manage high-value partners, optimise campaigns across CPL, CPA, Hybrid and Revenue Share models, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

The role requires 5+ years in affiliate/performance marketing, strong negotiation, analytics, and proficiency with tracking platforms like Everflow, Tracknow and CJ Affiliate.

Qualifications

5+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tracknow, CJ Affiliate, or similar.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the global affiliate programme with strategic partnerships.
Recruit, onboard and manage affiliate partners and networks.
Develop and optimise campaigns across CPL, CPA, Hybrid and Revenue Share models.
Monitor performance, attribution, ROI and partner quality.
Collaborate with marketing, product and design teams to improve conversions.
