GoKardz Technologies is seeking a debt collection team leader to oversee the collection unit. You will monitor agent performance, ensure timely responses to customer inquiries via calls, emails and messaging, and enforce PDPA compliance.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with other units, and drive productivity while maintaining professional negotiation standards and accurate reporting using standard office tools.

Formación

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years in debt collection and experience leading a collection team.
• Willing to work assigned shifts, including possible weekends.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel for site visits (optional).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor calling, overtime and negotiation; respond to WABA, inbound calls and emails within turnaround time.
• Cultivate teamwork across Asset Management units to maximise productivity.
• Review 1st defaulter and delinquent accounts; follow up with Auto Finance Executive; conduct site visits.
• Update Volare system daily; ensure PDPA compliance.
• Maintain a fair, professional negotiation to avoid complaints of rudeness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective monitoring on regimented calling, overtime and negotiation skill of the callers. Attend to customers made via WABA, Inbound calls, email and etc within agreed turnaround time. To have Zero unattended messages / calls. To ensure all messages / calls attended on the same day.
• Cultivate teamwork spirit across units in Asset Management to maximize productivity and increase effectiveness.
• Consistently review of 1st defaulter and delinquent account and follow up with Auto Finance Executive closely and conduct site visit diligently.
• Incoming messages / calls are attended daily and updated into Volare system without failed. Strict adherence towards Personal Data Protection Act “PDPA”.
• Ensure a fair, assertive and professional approach at all times when negotiating for payment. To ensure zero complaint on rudeness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree or other equivalent professional qualification will beconsidered.
• Minimum 3 years and above in debt collection industry and have experience in leading a collection team.
• Able to work assigned shift hours and have flexibility to accommodate possible weekend assignments.
• Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel to conduct site visit (optional
