Job summary

SPRITZER Group is seeking a QA Technician located in Yong Peng, Johor, to support water processing operations and drive quality initiatives. The role involves maintenance of process equipment, troubleshooting, and contributing to GMP and food-safety programs.

You will report to the QA Manager and collaborate with processing teams to ensure product integrity. The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and calibration checks, while documenting results and assisting on

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting of process and equipment issues.
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Processing Supervisor/Executive and QA Manager.
• Control and maintain process control equipment, pumps, motors, and other electrical equipment in water processing.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedule with supervisor and perform inspections.
• Troubleshoot process, instrumentation, mechanical problems; find root cause and perform corrective maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining water quality by controlling operations and monitoring the water processing.
• Carry out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance/calibration checklists and record results.
• Feedback to superior on equipment abnormalities.
• Record machine breakdown reasons, downtime and parts issued.
• Suggest critical parts to supervisor for continuous operations.
• Involve in projects related to water processing & water source.
• Assist in developing, implementing & maintaining Safety, GMP, Halal & Food Safety.
• Perform any ad-hoc task as instructed by QA Manager/management.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist & report to Processing Supervisor/ Executive and QA Manager.
• Controlling and maintaining process control equipment, pumps, motors, electrical equipment, andothers at water processing & pump house.
• To plan preventive maintenance schedule together with superior & perform preventivemaintenance inspections and procedures, and organizing and controlling maintenance operations.
• To carry out troubleshooting for process, instrumentation, mechanical problems; finding the rootcause and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Assist on maintaining & ensuring that water quality standards are met by controlling operationsand monitoring overall water processing process.
• To carry out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance/ calibration checklist on all equipment/machinery and fill in the checking / inspection result / condition.
• To feedback to Superior for any equipment/ machinery abnormalities found.
• To record down machine breakdown reason, downtime and parts issued out.
• Propose to Superior for critical parts needed for continuous operations of water processing.
• To involve any projects that are related with water processing & water source.
• Assist in developing, implementing & maintaining Safety, GMP, Halal & Food Safety at waterprocessing & water source.
• Perform any ad-hoc task as instructed by QA Manger / management.
