Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a Warehouse Assistant in Selangor to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and transferring inventory. The role emphasizes stock control, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and general warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include handling stock, inputting stock movements, and using the EPB warehouse management system. A 5-day work week and ability to lift up to 20 kg are required.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift and move loads up to 20 kg.
• Five-day work week.
• Responsible, proactive, independent and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stock picking and packing.
• Organise and pack stocks according to delivery schedules.
• Learn to operate EPB warehouse management system.
• Ensure accurate input of stock in/out in the system.
• Able to operate a handheld device.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Responsible for inventory security in the assigned warehouse area.
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, neat and organized.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and transferring inventory. The role also assists with stock control, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and general warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in stock such as picking and packing of stocks

Organise and pack stocks according to delivery schedules, organise documentation

Learn to operate warehouse manage of warehouse management system (EPB)

Ensure accurate input of in/out stock in the company's system.

Able to operate a handheld device

Verify and ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments

Responsible for the security of inventory in the assigned warehouse area

Ensure assigned warehouse areas are clean, neat and organised

Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Preferably with 1 year of related working experience in the warehouse.

5-day work week

Able to handle physical work to carry loads up to 20 kg.

Responsible, possess initiative, independent and resourceful.
