Job summary

Public Mutual Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to support strategic planning and oversee training effectiveness. The role involves designing and delivering training programs for Unit Trust Consultants and staff while leading a team towards achieving departmental goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in training within the financial industry and a degree in any field. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
