Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Assessment and analyse the findings.
• Conduct research, comparative analysis, and costing related to training and performance management subjects.
• Organise and coordinate in-house training programs based on the Annual Training Plan.
• Process training requisition, including registration, issuing training memos, HRDF claims, payment processing, and post-training evaluation.
• Ensure full compliance with HRDC guidelines and regulations in training documents submission and claims processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all training activities in the Master Training Report and Individual Training Report.
• Arrange logistics for training, such as venue & layout plan, refreshments, facilities, and materials.
• Conduct post-training evaluation to measure training effectiveness.
• Update and manage the Learning Management System for tracking and reporting training progress.
• Coordinate ad-hoc training raised by business entity.
