Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Department in strategic planning and execution.
• Oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of technical, soft skills, leadership and staff training.
• Drive initiatives to meet the training needs of Unit Trust Consultants and staff.
• Lead, coach and mentor section heads to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor the department's budget.
