Job summary

Public Mutual Berhad is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to elevate the agency force's knowledge of unit trusts and private retirement schemes. You will design, deliver, and manage classroom, online and e-learning programmes to support agency development and business objectives.

The role requires strong presentation, facilitation and leadership skills, experience in instructional design and curriculum development, and willingness to travel nationwide and work outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Investment, Finance, Wealth Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in financial services, including training or learning & development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide and work outside normal office hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs to improve the agency force’s knowledge, skills, and competencies in unit trusts and private retirement schemes.
• Develop, design and deliver classroom, online and e-learning programmes to support agency development and business objectives.
• Review and update training content to ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry developments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training logistics and ensure smooth execution of training programmes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Manage, coach and mentor subordinates to ensure effective execution of training programmes.
