Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead our fast-paced hotel F&B team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You will recruit, coach, and inspire staff, coordinate with Chefs and the Food & Beverage team, and drive service excellence across restaurant operations.

You’ll be on your feet most of the day, supporting daily operations, events, and guest interactions while maintaining SOPs, safety, and quality.

• Ensures guest satisfaction by delivering genuine heartfelt service and handling guest feedback.
• Coordinates with chefs, F&B team and other departments to create a vibrant, high-service environment.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and cost controls to optimize labor and achieve sales goals.
• Maintains records, monitors service flow, equipment, and SOP compliance to ensure quality standards.
