Job summary

Frasers Group, via Sports Direct Malaysia, seeks an Assistant Shop Manager for Mid Valley Southkey & KSL Mall Johor. The role involves leading a shop team, driving sales, stock control, and ensuring SOP compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in a supervisory retail role and a Diploma/Certificate in Retail Management. Willingness to work long hours and relocation is required. Passion for sports is a plus.

Qualifications

Leadership and management experience in retail operations.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to train and motivate a team of 10+ staff.
Sport enthusiasm is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist to lead, train, motivate and manage outlet team in delivering best services in all departments.
Assist to ensure all team members observe and practice company’s policies and rules & regulations.
Assist to lead and work with the team to achieve monthly sales target of the shop.
Assist to monitor stock delivering & processing.
To ensure all Operational and Customer Service SOPs are followed within the shop.
Manage and monitor product display arrangement as VM guideline as assigned by Shop Manager.
To conduct daily morning briefing and provide products knowledge training/ info and updates of policies.
Manage and supervise all team members in the shop and attend to customer enquiries.
