Sports Direct Malaysia, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a dynamic Shop Manager (Toppen Johor) to lead the outlet team and drive sales excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. You will plan staffing, train, monitor stock, ensure SOPs, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Open to relocation and willing to work long hours. Responsibilities include manpower planning, coaching staff, executing stock deliveries, achieving monthly targets,

Competenze

• Certificate/Diploma in Retail Management or relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years working experience as Assistant Shop Manager or similar role in a reputable retail company.
• Passion and knowledge in sports is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and management skills (with a team of at least 10).
• Good analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, public holidays and shift duty.
• Open for relocation.

Mansioni

• Lead, train, motivate and manage outlet team in delivering best services in all departments.
• Conduct manpower planning for the shop and liaise with Area Manager and HR for recruitment.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and maintain product display as per VM guidelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor stock delivery and processing.
• Manage tills, cash reports and uphold safety policies at premises.
• Plan stock takes and communicate updates with Head Office.
• Plan and execute sales and promotion plans as needed.
• Address customer enquiries and supervise staff performance.
