Align Pest Control is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong track record in sales, preferably in the pest control or related industries, who are ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver effective pest management solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience and strong track record in sales within the pest control industry.
• Owns a car and possesses a valid driving license (D).
• Able to travel and work outstation when required.
• Full working rights in Malaysia.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa required.
• Mandarin language is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Flexible to meet clients outside regular working hours when required.
