Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of personal financing products and services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Personal Financing sales executives to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Personal Financing products and services.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to personal financing.
• Conduct coaching and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing financing needs and providing excellent service.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize product offerings and customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
