JAC Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager, Commercial Pump Solution for Sungai Buloh, Selangor. You will drive sales growth in commercial and industrial pump solutions, coordinating with engineering, marketing and supply chain to deliver tailored solutions.

The successful candidate will hold an engineering degree with 5–8 years of technical sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record in technical sales or key account management.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend pump solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants and partners.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and supply chain for support.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
