We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Product Executive to manage the sourcing, procurement, trading, and supply of building materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring competitive pricing, and supporting project and supply chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors for building materials.

Conduct supplier audits, factory visits, and evaluations to ensure product quality and reliability.

Source and introduce new products to expand the company's building materials portfolio.

Manage purchasing and trading activities for building materials.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Ensure cost competitiveness while maintaining profit margins.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product pricing.

Identify opportunities to introduce new materials, brands, and technologies.

Provide product recommendations and solutions to project teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.

Resolve supply issues, product quality concerns, and delivery delays.

Provide technical and commercial support for product selection and specifications.

Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Support value engineering initiatives and product specification activities.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
