Job summary

Texas Chicken (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our outlet in Malaysia. You will assist in staffing, scheduling, and supervising team members to maintain service standards.

You will administer paperwork, analyze profitability, manage inventory, ensure policy compliance and legal requirements, keep the restaurant clean, and deliver high-quality products every shift. Flexibility to perform other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage the Restaurant in maintaining appropriate staff and providing weekly schedules
• Assist and manage team members when needed
• Assist and administer all necessary paperwork
• Assist and analyse profitability statements and fulfil branch sales plans established
• Maintain and maintain accurate inventory
• Understand, enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining all company operating standards and compliance
• Ensure that Malaysian law, regulations are enforced and enforced
• Keep the restaurant clean at all times
• Delivers high quality and consistent products daily and every shift
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
