Texas Chicken (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist and manage the restaurant team, maintain staff scheduling, handle paperwork and ensure daily operations meet company standards.

You will monitor profitability, manage inventory, uphold Malaysia laws, ensure cleanliness, and deliver high quality products each shift while following policies.

Responsabilités

• Assist and manage the Restaurant in maintaining appropriate staff and providing weekly schedules
• Assist and manage team members when needed
• Assist and administer all necessary paperwork
• Assist and analyse profitability statements and fulfil branch sales plans established
• Maintain and maintain accurate inventory
• Understand, enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining all company operating standards and compliance
• Ensure that Malaysian law, regulations are enforced and enforced
• Keep the restaurant clean at all times
• Delivers high quality and consistent products daily and every shift
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
