INITIA GROUP is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Memir Korean Noodle Specialty Restaurant in Malaysia, overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow, and upholding high hospitality standards. This role manages the front‑of‑house team, coordinates with the kitchen, and ensures hygiene and profitability while delivering a warm, professional dining experience.

The position requires 3–5 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage and develop a front-of-house team.
Excellent conflict resolution and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensuring all protocols are followed.
Lead, support, and coordinate the FOH team to deliver warm and attentive customer service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the outlet.
Ensure effective and timely communication between FOH and BOH teams.
Track and record daily, weekly, and monthly sales, costs, and operational revenues.
Manage vendor contracts, invoices, purchasing records, and related documentation.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate ordering.
Handle guest concerns professionally and provide solutions to ensure positive recovery.
Train new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and restaurant procedures.
