Kimpton is seeking a service-focused leader to oversee WokStar operations at our Malaysia property. You will manage breakfast and dining services, coordinate with culinary teams, and drive guest satisfaction while mentoring a high-volume service staff.

You will monitor quality, safety, and inventory, support promotions, and contribute to daily reporting, all within a vibrant, brand-aligned environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel all-day dining environment.
• Supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of WokStar during breakfast service, à la carte dining, and promotions.
• Ensure service standards are consistently followed and monitor service flow during peak periods.
• Lead service team during shifts and support training and coaching of staff.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and quality food delivery.
• Assist in inventory control, cost management, and minimizing wastage.
• Engage with guests to enhance satisfaction and promptly address feedback or complaints.
• Promote upselling and monitor performance to maximize average check and revenue.
• Prepare daily operational reports and assist with staff attendance records.
