You will coach team members, resolve escalations, and collaborate with housekeeping, and maintenance to deliver flawless stays while driving upselling initiatives across hotel facilities and services.

Qualificações

• Experience in hotel front office management or guest relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Proficiency in upselling hotel facilities.
• Fluency in local language; English is a plus.

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through recognition and prompt service.
