Job summary

Kimpton is seeking a proactive Barista Supervisor to lead and coordinate the outlet’s barista team. You will train staff, ensure beverage quality, manage inventory, and uphold resort standards across all service areas including restaurant, lobby, and poolside.

You will maintain HACCP compliance, monitor equipment, implement promotions, and optimize the guest experience with a memorable and consistent beverage program in a luxury resort setting in Malaysia.
