Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of admin/QS support, construction or interior fit-out experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Contract (QS) Department.
• Source and obtain quotations for price comparison.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) for tenders.
• Monitor and record variation orders and claims accurately.
• Ensure progress claims, certifications, and invoices are issued on time.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for an organized office system.
• Assist in sourcing, coordinating, and liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendors.
• Provide backup reception support when required.
