Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Malaysia to measure and prepare Bills of Quantities, manage contract administration, and handle payment certificates, variations, and final accounts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) required.
• Working experience in a consultant firm is preferable.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to handle project independently.
• Measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Contract administration responsibilities.
• Preparation of payment certificates, variation orders and final accounts.
• Performance-based bonus offered.
