is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee QA operations in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on PCB assembly and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead the QA team, drive quality systems, monitor KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards to boost product quality and business performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of SPC and PCB assembly processes.
• Proven experience in managing QA operations and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated track record in change management, productivity improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including departmental budget management and performance monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Quality Assurance operations and ensure effective implementation of quality management practices across manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and evaluate QA performance, identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage departmental KPIs and operational metrics to drive quality performance.
• Participate in short-term and long-term strategic planning to support departmental and organizational objectives.
• Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation and cost optimization initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and implement quality-related training programs to strengthen employees' technical capabilities.
• Lead, recruit, develop and mentor Quality Assurance team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and drive necessary improvements.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives, productivity enhancement and cost-reduction programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, improve manufacturing processes and strengthen operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and relevant quality procedures.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and drive quality assurance operations within a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on PCB assembly processes and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to strengthen quality systems, improve manufacturing performance, drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards. This role also involves leading the QA team, managing departmental resources and implementing strategies to enhance overall product quality and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily Quality Assurance operations and ensure effective implementation of quality management practices across manufacturing operations.

Monitor and evaluate QA performance, identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or a related discipline.

Proven experience in managing Quality Assurance operations and leading a team.
