Mezans in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Quality Inspection Associate to perform incoming, in-process, and final SMT quality checks on PCB assemblies. You will verify component placement, soldering quality, polarity, and overall workmanship; identify defects and report non-conformities; and assist in root-cause investigations for corrective actions.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Experience in SMT QC/QA is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SMT processes and PCB assemblies is preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and inspection methods is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Requirements

Candidates with SMT manufacturing, QC, or QA experience will have an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of SMT processes, PCB assembly, or electronic components is preferred.

Familiarity with IPC standards, quality inspection methods, or measuring equipment will be an added advantage.

Good attention to detail with strong observation and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, as this role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking Management.
