Job summary

Mezans in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Quality Inspection Associate to perform incoming, in-process, and final SMT quality checks on PCB assemblies. You will verify component placement, soldering quality, polarity, and overall workmanship; identify defects and report non-conformities; and assist in root-cause investigations for corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in SMT QC/QA is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SMT processes and PCB assemblies is preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and inspection methods is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Requirements

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, as this role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking Management.
