Job summary

Zacklim Flat Floor Specialist Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced site coordinator to manage daily operations for renovation projects at malls and office spaces in Selangor. You will study shop drawings, schedule work, and supervise vendors and subcontractors to ensure on-time completion according to design.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in store fit-out or commercial renovation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years in store fit-out or commercial renovation.
• Good knowledge of product usage, finishing and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and solve site problems.
• Night works required when project at shopping mall.
• Experience managing a full renovation project is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• Company will provide vehicle for site work.
• Salary negotiable based on experience, with allowance and commissions.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in store fit-out or in commercial renovation industry
Good knowledge of product usage & details, eye for finishing and quality control
Work independent and have good site problem-solving skills
Night works required if project based at shopping mall
Able to manage whole renovation project is an added advantage
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
Company will provide vehicle for site work
Salary negotiable based on experience, with allowance and commissions
