Job summary

Coilcraft (M) Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor, is seeking a manufacturing technician to set up machines, troubleshoot issues, and assist the production team to achieve quality and output targets. The role requires adapting quickly to problems and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

The ideal candidate will have a certificate in mechanical or electronics engineering, fresh graduate or up to 1 year in manufacturing, and willingness to work shifts. Knowledge of IATF 16949/ISO standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to work shift.
• Knowledge in IATF 16949/ISO 9001/ISO 14001 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up manufacturing machines and troubleshoot/repair.
• Assist production supervisor to meet quality and production targets.
• Monitor machine condition and ensure good housekeeping in work area.
• Communicate quality and environmental objectives to subordinates.
• Contribute to quality and productivity improvements.
• Assist in project implementation and enhancements.

Assist in project implementation and enhancement.

To contribute in achieving the relevant quality and environmental and goals set by management.

To implement the relevant procedure or work instruction as required in the quality and environmental management system.

Requirements:

Able to work shift.
