Job summary

INTOTEST Sdn Bhd seeks engineers/technicians to assemble, wire, solder, and Commission automated equipment used in semiconductor testing. You will support integration, testing, and maintenance with the manufacturing team on-site.

Candidates should have SKM/ Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics or related fields and be familiar with CAD drawings, schematics, wiring, and PCB soldering.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SKM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Control, or related engineering field.
• Knowledge of CAD drawings, electrical schematics, AC/DC wiring, and PCB soldering.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, solder, and commission machines and equipment.
• Support machine integration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team during machine assembly and production.
• Assist with equipment installation and on-site support when required.
• Provide technical support to engineers, customers, and suppliers.

Job description

Assemble, wire, solder, and commission machines and equipment.

Perform AC/DC wiring and PCB soldering based on CAD drawings and schematics.

Support machine integration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Work closely with the manufacturing team during machine assembly and production.

Support manufacturing improvements, design enhancements, and cost reduction activities.

Assist with equipment installation and on-site support when required.

Provide technical support to engineers, customers, and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SKM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Control, or related engineering field.

Knowledge of CAD drawings, electrical schematics, AC/DC wiring, and PCB soldering.

Familiarity with motors, drives, motion controllers, pneumatic systems, and electro‑mechanical equipment.

Experience in machine assembly, commissioning, equipment maintenance, or the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.

Able to troubleshoot problems and work effectively with the manufacturing and engineering teams.
