Job summary
Upright Talent in Johor Bahru is seeking junior maintenance personnel to support a multinational electronics production line. You will maintain and check machines, perform preventive tasks, and assist with troubleshooting and process improvements on rotating shifts located in the Tampoi area.
Fresh graduates or diploma holders with basic electronics or machinery knowledge are welcome. The role offers meal and transport allowances and night shift incentives as part of a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates and junior candidates welcome.
- Basic knowledge of electronics or machinery is a plus.
- Willing to work on a rotating shift, including night shift.
- SKM / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and check production machines and equipment
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance
- Check machines and record maintenance details
- Assist with machine troubleshooting and repairs
- Monitor machine performance during production
- Support engineers with machine and process improvement
- Assist with line conversion and production setup
- Monitor production quality and machine downtime
- Support AOI inspection and basic troubleshooting
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organised
- Report machine or production issues to the supervisor
- Communicate any issues during shift handover

What You'll Do
