Job summary

Pure Genesis in Malaysia is seeking a Production Planner to establish and adjust production schedules based on orders and customer requirements. You will collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure stock availability before shipment and manage the full order cycle from PO receipt to delivery.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in manufacturing, with precast experience as a plus, and strong skills in Excel, Word, and NAV. Excellent interpersonal communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in precast manufacturing is added advantage.
• Good experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in using NAV system is added advantage.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish production schedule based on received purchase orders and customer requirements.
• Modify production schedules to meet deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with customers for shipment and planning issues.
• Coordinate with logistics and production to ensure stock availability before shipment.
• Manage complete order lifecycle from PO receipt to customer receipt.
• Estimate material requirements and align with production schedules to ensure seamless process.
• Monitor production FG inventory and stock aging.
• Produce reports on production performance and findings.
• Update all production records in the system accurately and timely.

Job Description

• To establish production schedule based on received purchase order and customer requirement.
• Made changes to production schedule to ensure that production deadline are met
• To communicate with the customer when there should be any issues pertaining to shipment and planning.
• Coordination with logistics & production department to ensure stock availability prior to shipment.
• To ensure the complete cycle of order i.e from purchase order received till customer received their orders.
• To estimate the amount of material required for production, and to align material availability with production schedules, ensuring a seamless production process.
• Coordinate and monitor production FG inventory and stock inventory aging.
• Produce report based on finding and performance of production.
• Ensure all the production record is updated into system correctly and in the timely manner.

Requirement
