Dan's Fine Food seeks an Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager for our Kuala Lumpur outlet. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, ensure product quality, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling and training, inventory control, cash handling, and adherence to SOPs and food safety guidelines. Requires teamwork, SPM certification, F&B outlet experience, and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• SPM certification is required.
• Experience in F&B outlet operations is preferred.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet targets.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep knowledge up-to-date.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel.

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth processes.
• Ensure donuts and beverages prepared and served per recipes and standards.
