Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager to join our outlet team in the Kuala Lumpur area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations, sales performance, product quality and customer experience of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth and efficient operations

Ensure donuts and beverages are prepared, presented and served according to Company recipes and standards

Monitor product quality, freshness, hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet

Monitor daily sales, set sales targets and implement action plans to achieve targets

Manage outlet manpower, including staff scheduling, recruitment, training and performance

Manage inventory and ensure sufficient ingredients, packaging and operating supplies are available

Monitor stock usage and minimize wastage and stock discrepancies

Handle outlet transactions including cash, card and e-wallet payments, ensuring proper cash control and accurate sales records

Monitor outlet costs including raw materials, manpower and wastage to support profitability

Ensure all staff follow Company SOPs, food safety and operational guidelines

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

Be hands‑on in daily operations, including donut preparation, beverage preparation, cashier duties, packing orders and serving customers when required

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.

Have prior working experience responsible on F&B outlet.

Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.

Self‑discipline and self‑driven to keep up‑to‑date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
