Job summary

Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu is seeking a people-centric Senior Human Resources Executive to join our Human Resources Division. You will handle HR administration, payroll, benefits, and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include recruitment/onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, policy development, and engagement initiatives to support growth and retention. Fluency in English and local dialects is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and local dialects; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and local dialects. Proficiency in Mandarin, or other international languages is an advantage.
• Strong administrative, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Neat, tidy and well-groomed appearance.
