Job summary

FamilyMart Malaysia is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day vending machine operations at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. You will ensure machines run smoothly in a clean, hygienic environment and monitor daily sales progress for management review.

You will coordinate replenishment shipments, report maintenance needs, and help improve service efficiency. Diploma holders with 2–3 years in retail ops and a valid vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.
• 2-3 years working experiences in retail operation or related field.
• Able to frequent travel around Klang Valley.
• Possess own vehicle.
• Willing to work in office based at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
