Job summary

QL Maxincome Sdn Bhd (FamilyMart) Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily vending machine operations and field activities. You will supervise the Operations, Refiller, and Technician teams to ensure smooth store service and product availability.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Retail, F&B, Logistics or Vending.
• Experience in managing and supervising operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of daily operations, inventory, replenishment and manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of vending machines and related field activities.
• Lead, supervise, and monitor the Operations, Refiller, and Technician teams.
• Ensure timely product replenishment and maintain optimal product availability.
• Monitor machine uptime, downtime, temperature, payment systems, and overall functionality.
• Ensure stock accuracy and minimise expired products, wastage, and stock-outs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, operational processes, and service standards.
• Conduct regular audits of vending machines and operational activities.
• Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Manage manpower deployment, route planning, and operational productivity.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Retail, F&B or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Retail, F&B, Logistics, Vending

Experience in managing and supervising operational teams

Strong knowledge of daily operations, inventory, replenishment and manpower planning

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and operational data

Possess own transport and willing to work office based at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
