Job summary
Osadi Commercial Supplies Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian employment agency based in Bayan Lepas, is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, HR, finance and operations roles across contract and permanent placements. You will coordinate onboarding, costing, and client communications with a focus on SLAs and fill rates.
The role requires 5+ years in recruitment (agency/RPO/contract staffing), familiarity with SAP Fieldglass, LinkedIn
Qualifications
- Degree in HR, Business or related field.
- At least 5 years recruitment experience, including 2+ years in agency/RPO/contract staffing.
- Proven record filling technical/professional roles in manufacturing/semiconductor.
- Knowledge of Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO and EIS and cost breakdowns.
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass is an advantage.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
- Organised and reliable, able to handle several clients simultaneously.
- Own transport for client-sites in Penang and Kulim.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end recruitment for client requisitions across engineering, technical, HR, finance and operations for contract and permanent roles.
- Submit qualified shortlists within agreed timelines and monitor fill rate and time-to-fill against SLAs.
- Manage client vendor portals such as SAP Fieldglass for intake, submission, work orders and onboarding.
- Prepare candidate cost breakdowns covering salary, allowances and statutory contributions.
- Coordinate onboarding for contract staff, including documents, system registration, insurance and first-month follow-up.
- Serve as main contact for client HR on open roles, feedback and contractor matters.
- Coach recruiters, review submissions before clients, build a candidate database for repeat roles.
- Support internal hiring for OSADI when needed.
- Report weekly on open roles, submissions, interviews, placements and fill rate.

Job description
You will run recruitment and contract staffing delivery for client accounts. Clients send requisitions for professional, technical and support roles, both contract and permanent. Your job is to fill them with the right people on time, and to make sure each placement runs smoothly after day one. You will work directly with client HR and hiring managers, guide recruiters, and report to the Business Development Director.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for client requisitions in engineering, technical, HR, finance and operations, for both contract and permanent placements.
Submit qualified shortlists within each client’s agreed timeline, and keep fill rate and time-to-fill within account SLAs.
Handle client vendor portals such as SAP Fieldglass for job intake, candidate submission, work orders and onboarding.
Prepare candidate cost breakdowns for client approval, covering salary, allowances and statutory contributions.
Coordinate onboarding for contract staff, including documents, client system registration, group insurance enrolment and first-month follow-up.
Act as the main contact for client HR on open roles, candidate feedback and contract staff matters.
Guide and coach recruiters, review their submissions before they reach clients, and build a candidate database for repeat roles.
Support internal hiring for OSADI when needed.
Report weekly on open roles, submissions, interviews, placements and fill rate.
Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with 2 or more years in an agency, RPO or contract staffing environment.
Proven record of filling technical and professional roles for manufacturing or semiconductor companies.
Working knowledge of the Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO and EIS, enough to explain a cost breakdown to a client.
Experience with client vendor management systems such as SAP Fieldglass is an advantage.
Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet.
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage, as some client roles require Mandarin-speaking candidates.
Organised and reliable, able to handle several clients at once without dropping details.
Own transport, as the role includes visits to client sites in Penang and Kulim.
