Job summary

Cleanpro Laundry Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a treasury professional to manage daily cash flows, banking facilities and forecast future liquidity across its regional operations in Malaysia and ASEAN. You will support group reporting and maintain relationships with banks and auditors.

The role requires a degree in finance or related field and at least 3 years in treasury or corporate finance. Strong Excel skills and multilingual communication are valued in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in treasury operations or corporate finance.
• Experience in reviewing or consolidating regional or subsidiary accounts is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and weekly cash flows to ensure liquidity for operations and financing needs.
• Manage daily treasury operations including fund transfers, loan drawdowns, repayments and interest payments.
• Handle banking facilities such as LCs and BGs and other treasury instruments.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts aligned with business operations.
• Optimize surplus funds via short-term investments while balancing liquidity and returns.
• Ensure timely compliance with loan covenants and treasury policies and reporting obligations.
• Build strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to support financing needs.
• Liaise with company secretaries, auditors and lawyers on treasury and compliance matters.
• Review management accounts for Thailand and Singapore subsidiaries for accuracy and group reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily and weekly cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and financing needs.

Manage daily treasury operations, including fund transfers, loan drawdowns, repayments and interest payments.

Manage banking facilities, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs) and other treasury instruments.

Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts in line with business operations.

Optimize surplus fund utilization through short-term investments while balancing liquidity and returns.

Ensure timely compliance with loan covenants, treasury policies, regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to support the company’s financing needs.

Liaise with external stakeholders, including company secretaries, auditors and lawyers on treasury and compliance matters.

Review the full set of management accounts for the Thailand and Singapore subsidiaries to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with group reporting standards.

Provide financial analysis and variance reviews for the Thailand and Singapore entities to support group consolidation and management reporting.

Requirements

Experience in reviewing or consolidating regional or subsidiary accounts is an added advantage.

Good command of English, Malay and Chinese both spoken and written.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
