Job summary

Cleanpro Laundry Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, operations, and performance across multiple branches in Penang. The role ensures branches are well maintained, customers receive assistance, and cash collections occur on schedule.

You will monitor machines and facilities, ensure SOP adherence, travel between branches as required, and collaborate with the Operations Team to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or branch operations.
• Own transport and willingness to travel between branches.
• Physically fit and energetic; able to perform cleaning duties and move between branches.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branches are clean, tidy, and well maintained daily.
• Carry out cash collection 3 days per week according to schedule.
• Provide good customer service and assist customers with enquiries and issues.
• Monitor branch conditions, machines, and facilities, and report issues promptly.
• Ensure all branch operations comply with SOPs and standards.
• Respond quickly and effectively to operational matters and customer issues.
• Communicate and work closely with the Operations Team.
• Travel to assigned branches as required.

About you
