The Warehouse & Logistic Assistant Manager/Snr. Exe is required to constantly assist on improving the customer support deliverables and strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. To monitor & improve the efficiency of warehouse management & inventory accuracy.

What are the Job Responsibilities?
  • Coordinate and manage all customer feedback to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address and resolve customer support issues effectively.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Oversee and manage daily operations of third-party warehouse activities, including Export/EM shipments and inter-company transfers.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior as required.
What are the Qualifications?
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chian/Business studies or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in related Fields.
  • Candidate MUST be willing to be based at Batu Pahat, Johor.
