Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking an HRIS/HR Systems Specialist to manage and support SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with HR needs.

You will work closely with HR, process owners and external vendors to implement improvements, coordinate upgrades and resolve system issues.

The role requires a degree in IT or related field, 5–8 years’ HR systems experience and strong communication to deliver reliable, compliant HR data and insightful dashboards.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field.
• 5–8 years experience in HR systems.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Project management or system improvement experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Vendor management experience is a plus.

This role is responsible for managing and supporting the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure it runs smoothly and meets business needs. You will work closely with HR and other teams to improve the system, support users and ensure HR processes are efficient. You will also be involved in projects, system improvements and working with external vendors.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in IT or a related field
• 5–8 years experience in HR systems
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
• Basic understanding of HR processes (e.g. hiring, employee data, performance)
• Experience in handling projects or system improvements
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with vendors or external partners is an advantage
