Job summary

IJM Group in Petaling Jaya is seeking an Assistant Manager, SAP Application Solution & Delivery to manage and support our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors). You will ensure daily operations run smoothly and align HR processes with business needs.

You will collaborate with HR and other teams, drive system improvements, manage projects and coordinate with external vendors to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in HR systems.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Understanding of HR processes (hiring, employee data, performance).
• Experience with projects or system improvements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with vendors or external partners is advantageous.

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing and supporting our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure it runs smoothly and meets business needs.

You will work closely with HR and other teams to improve the system, support users and ensure HR processes are efficient. You will also be involved in projects, system improvements and working with external vendors.
