Capital A is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Recruitment to lead talent acquisition across its diverse subsidiaries in Malaysia. The role focuses on full lifecycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and close partnership with Hiring Managers, leveraging Workday to streamline workflows.

You will drive real-time recruiting metrics, ensure a high-quality candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding through events and partnerships. The position is based on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced, multi-subsidiary corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience using Workday for recruitment or similar ATS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven with analytical and problem-solving capability.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant Manger Recruitment to bring in talented individuals across Capital A and its diverse subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be an expert in sourcing top-tier talent across multi-disciplinary industries and leveraging Workday system to optimize and streamline recruiting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage full-lifecycle recruitment across diverse business lines, including Corporate Functions, Digital/Tech, F&B Operations, Technology, Engineering and Logistics.
• Strategic Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilize proactive sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, industry networks, specialized job boards) to build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to understand business goals and talent needs.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• System Mastery: Use Workday Applicant Tracking System to manage job requisitions, candidate pipelines, offer approvals, workflows, and recruiting analytics.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain real-time recruiting metrics and dashboard insights (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, diversity metrics) to drive data-informed talent strategy decisions.
• Employer Branding: Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships to elevate Capital A’s employer brand across multiple verticals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Any degree with passion in recruitment
• Minimum 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, multi-subsidiary corporate or conglomerate environment.
• Preferably hands-on, proficient experience using Workday for recruitment or similar ATS system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven, AI proficiency with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week on-site at our office Wisma Capital A (Bukit Damansara, KL).
